California Softball Welcomes Promising 2026 Recruiting Class

Thrilling Addition to the Bears’ Roster

Cal Athletics has announced the signing of five exceptional freshmen to the California Golden Bears softball team for the class of 2026. Head coach Steve Singleton, leading the program as the new head coach, is excited about the potential these athletes bring to the team.

“We are thrilled to announce the signing of five talented student-athletes in the 2026 class,” Singleton stated. “Each brings special skills and abilities to our program. We have added talent in the circle, on the bases, defensively, and at the plate. This is a very well-rounded class and one that will be a major building block for the future of our program. Go Bears!”
